We are in Portland, Oregon and your announcers are Tom Phillips, Jimmy Uso, and Jerry Lawler.
Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring.
We see what happened on Raw during the main event when Sheamus almost cashed in.
Seth says that he wants to slow everybody down for a second. We need to take a moment to recognize what is happening right before our very eyes. We all live very fast paced lives, but if we don’t soak up what is happening in front of us, we are taking it all for granted. Something this special does not come along every day, every month, or every year. It is beyond generational. There are no words to describe the greatness we are a part of.
Babe Ruth was the greatest of all time. This would be if Babe Ruth hit 1,000 more home runs. It would have been if Michael Jordan won 20 more MVPs. This is genius that the Rolling Stones or Beatles could never have dreamt of. This is . . . me.
This is your WWE World Champion Seth Rollins at the top of his game. Look at the last few weeks. Monday on Raw, he tamed the Viper Randy Orton. He escaped heroically the shameless Money in the Bank Cash In Attempt by Sheamus. He brought the Man Who Gravity Forgot back down to Earth. We have to remember the cherry on top, when he shattered John Cena’s nose into a million pieces.
One day, your grandchildren will ask you what was the greatest accomplishment in your life and you will tell them, I saw Seth Rollins in his prime. The craziest part of the whole thing is that there are some people who refuse to believe that the future is now. People like John Cena. John still doesn’t get it. Seth shows us what John Cena said on Tough Enough this week.
Seth says there you have it. John Cena has accepted his challenge and he will face him at SummerSlam. One on one, man versus man, and title versus title. He accepted it on Tough Enough? And he had Daniel Bryan accept the challenge for him? What a coward. If John Cena is half the man he thinks he is, he challenges . . . no dares John Cena to bring his ugly mug to Raw to accept the challenge face to face. John will realize what everyone has already figured out, when you mess with greatness like this you will fail. Brock Lesnar, Neville, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose all failed.
Neville’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Seth asks if there is a cat stuck in a tree or an old lady who needs to be walked across the street because nobody called for a superhero.
Neville says that it takes a superhero to shut you up. He says he has been listening to Seth’s list of achievements, but he is disappointed in the details that Seth forgot. You broke John Cena’s nose, but he still beat you. How about if it wasn’t for Randy Orton on Raw, our new WWE World Champion would be Sheamus. Or how about the fact that little old me hit the Red Arrow and you couldn’t kick out.
Seth says he thought he had Neville pegged for someone else. You aren’t a superhero. You are a mouseketeer with a Napoleon complex. You had your opportunity to shut him up a few weeks ago and . . . you failed. You failed like everyone else. Twist yourself around and find your cape and get out of here.
Neville says that Seth talks too much. You go on and on and on and on and on.
Cesaro’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Cesaro says that Neville is right. He goes on and on and on and on. The WWE Universe knows about it. He says the Cesaro Section is sick . . .
Kevin Owens attacks Cesaro from behind and sends Cesaro into the ring steps while Rollins attacks Neville in the ring and hits a buckle bomb.
