Thanks to The Children's Dream Fund and WWE, five-year-old AJ Yagelka of Wesley Chapel, Florida got to meet John Cena before Monday's RAW in Tampa. AJ suffers from chronic granulomatous disease, a genetic disorder in which certain immune system cells can't kill some types of bacteria and fungi. Here is a photo of their meeting:
